Fried Laksa... it's simple...
method & ingredients:
fry chu yau char and dish outwith the same oil saute garlic & onionspour in laksa (which has already been boiled in boiling water for 20 seconds)pour in the sauce; all the oil and sauces as you like.add in fried sausages.add in taugehbreak an egg in the middlelastly, to make it more savoury, add in the chu yau char...hahahahaha....
